Coconut Snowballs

Ingredients:

• Vanilla ice cream-1 gallon
• Coconut-2 ounces,shredded

Method:

1. Scoop 1/2 spoon ice cream and roll it in shredded coconut and shape it into balls.
2. Place the balls into paper cups.
