Fruit Dip


Ingredients:
  • Grape fruit-1 large
  • Apricot paste-1/4 cup
  • Orange jam-1/4 cup
  • Almond extract-1/4 cup
  • Yogurt-2 cups
  • Toasted Almonds-2 tablespoons

Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients well until it becomes a creamy paste.
  2. Sprinkle almonds on top and serve with fruits,crackers,etc.

Mozzarella Cheese Dip


Ingredients:
  • Mayonnaise-2 cups
  • Sour Cream-2 cups
  • Mozzarella Cheese-2 cups
  • Parmesan cheese-2 tablespoons,shredded
  • Minced Onion-1 tablespoon
  • Sugar-1 teaspoon
  • Salt-1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder-1 teaspoon
Method:
  1. In a bowl,mix all the ingredients until it is creamed.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
  3. Serve with bread sticks,bread,garlic bread,chips,etc.

7-Layer Taco Dip

Ingredients:
  • Taco seasoning mix-1 ounce
  • Beans-1 can
  • Cream cheese-1 pack
  • Sour cream-1 pack
  • Salsa-1 jar
  • Tomato-1,chopped
  • Green pepper-1
  • Green Onions-1 bunch
  • Lettuce-1,small shredded
  • Black olives-1 can
  • Cheddar cheese-2 cups,shredded
Method:
  1. In a fry pan,fry the beans for 3 minutes.
  2. Mix the taco seasoning and the beans and spaead it on to a baking dish.
  3. Mix sour cream and cream cheese and spread it onto the beans.
  4. Spread a layer of salsa on top.
  5. Add a layer of tomato on top.
  6. Add a layer of the green onions.
  7. Add a layer of the green bell peppers.
  8. Add a layer of lettuce.
  9. Add a layer of black olives.
  10. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top of the layers.

Baked Pimiento Cheese Dip



Ingredients:
  • Mayonnaise-1 1/2 cup
  • Pimento-1 jar,diced
  • Worstershire sauce-1 teaspoon
  • Onion-1 teaspoon,grated
  • Ground Pepper-1/4 teaspoon
  • Cheddar cheese-1 block,shredded
  • Sharp Cheddar cheese-1 block,grated
Method:
  1. Mix mayonnaise,pimento,sauce,onion and ground pepper together in a bowl.
  2. Mix in the cheeses.
  3. Place the mixture into a baking dish and bake it for 20 minutes in a 350'C preheated oven.
  4. Dip is ready to eat with chips,crackers,tortilla or bread.

Cheese Balls


Ingredients:
  • Granola-1/4 cup
  • Cheddar cheese-1/4 cup,cubed
  • Peas-1/4 cup
  • Ginger biscuits-1/4 cup
  • Parmesan cheese-1/4 cup.grated
  • Whole fennel seeds-1/2 teaspoon
  • Goat cheese-22 ounces
Method:
  1. Grind the peas in a grinder and add cubed cheddar cheese and shape the mixture into balls.
  2. Do the same with the granola.
  3. Place the ginger biscuit crumbs in one plate.
  4. Mix the fennel seeds and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Roll each ball into the coatings and place them on a dish.
  6. Refrigerate them for 20  minutes and serve.

Brunch Parfaits



Ingredients:
  • Apricot-1/3 cup,paste
  • Strawberries-3 cups,sliced
  • Vanilla yogurt-2 cups
  • Almonds-2 tablespoons
  • Raisins-2 teaspoons(optional)
Method:
  1. In a bowl,heat the apricot paste for 1 minutes.
  2. Add the sliced strawberries and toss well.
  3. In a glass,pour 1/3 cup of yogurt,1/4 cup strawberries and another layer of yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle raisins and halved almonds on top.

Greek Yogurt and Honey Walnuts


Ingredients:
  • Plain sweet yogurt-2 to 3 cups
  • Walnuts-1 2/2 cup
  • honey-1/2 cup
  • Vanilla -3/4 teaspoon
  • Fruit-as desired
Method:
  1. Mix vanilla and the yogurt.
  2. In a glass or bowl,layer one layer of yogurt,a layer of walnuts and a layer of honey on top.                              

Caprese Melts



Ingredients:
  • Buttermilk  or sandwich bread-6 slices
  • Basil leaves(fresh)-15
  • Tomatoes-2,cut into slices
  • Mozzarella cheese-4 ounces,cut into slices
  • Salt and pepper
Method:
  1. Heat bread slices on a pan.
  2. Place the ingredients on top and sprinkle salt and peeper and cover with another toasted slice of bread.
  3. Turn sides until the cheese starts to melt.

Caramel-Chocolate Cream Puffs


Ingredients:
  • Cream Puffs-16
  • Caramel Sauce-1 jar
  • Hot fudge-Dark chocolate sauce-1 jar
Method:
  1. Have cream puffs ready.
  2. Ina saucepan,heat the sauces in low heat.
  3. Place the puffs on a plate and pour the sauces on top.
  4. Drop caramel sauce onto the chocolate sauce and design it with a toothpick.

Coconut Snowballs




Ingredients:
  • Vanilla ice cream-1 gallon
  • Coconut-2 ounces,shredded
Method:
  1. Scoop 1/2 spoon ice cream and roll it in shredded coconut and shape it into balls.
  2. Place the balls into paper cups.

Ingredients:
  • Graham crackers-8
  • Marshmallows-32
  • Chocolate bars-2 ounces
  • Raspberries-1 cup
Method:
  1. On a backing dish,add butter paper.
  2. Place graham crackers on top and place marshmallows onto the crackers.
  3. Heat the dish until marshmallow turn brownish.
  4. Add chocolate,a graham cracker,raspberries and another graham cracker.
  5. Layer as desired and enjoy.

Chocolate Bar Fondue

Ingredients:
  • Heavy Cream-3/4 cup
  • Chocolate-1 pound
  • Dipings-pinapple,strawberries,cheese,etc.
Method:
  1. In a saucepan,add chocolate and cream.
  2. Mix until chocolate melts and mixes with the cream.
  3. Pour the fondue into a bowl aside with your desired fruits and dip and enjoy.
