Blue Flava Smoothie


Ingredients:
  • Banana-1

  • Almonds-16

  • Oats-1/4 cup,rolled

  • Blueberries-1 cup,frozen

  • Raspberry yogurt-1 cup

  • Grape juice-1/4 cup

  • Buttermilk(1%)-1 cup

Method:


Peel the banana and cut it into 5 chunks,put it in the freezer and let it become solid frozen.In a blender,blend finely the almonds and oat.Add the frozen banana,frozen blueberries,yogurt,grape juice and buttermilk and blend.Serve chilled.
