Ingredients:
- Banana-1
- Almonds-16
- Oats-1/4 cup,rolled
- Blueberries-1 cup,frozen
- Raspberry yogurt-1 cup
- Grape juice-1/4 cup
- Buttermilk(1%)-1 cup
Method:
Peel the banana and cut it into 5 chunks,put it in the freezer and let it become solid frozen.In a blender,blend finely the almonds and oat.Add the frozen banana,frozen blueberries,yogurt,grape juice and buttermilk and blend.Serve chilled.
