Ingredients:
- Breast fillets-4
- Salt-1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper-1/2 teaspoon
- Red Chile powder-1 tablespoons
- Mustard powder-1 tablespoon
- Olive oil-1 tablespoon
- Corn flakes-1 cup
- Lays(salt)-1 pack,crushed
- Egg-1
- Marinate the chicken fillets in salt,pepper,mustard paste,oil,red chili powder for 2 hours.
- Mix cornflakes,lays on a plate.
- Beat the egg in a small bowl.
- First coat the fillet with egg,then coat it with the crispy coating.
- Deep fry until the color turns brown.
- Place the zinger between burger buns,add mayonnaise,salad leaves.
