Ingredients:
- Bow Tie pasta-8 ounces
- Spicy Italian sausages-3/4 pound
- Sweet peppers-2(green,red,yellow peppers)
- Vegetable broth-1/2 cup
- Pepper-1/4 teaspoon
- Cut sausages into chunks.
- Cook the sausages and green pepper until they are tender.
- Add the broth and black pepper and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Toss the pasta into the sauce and mix together.
