Ingredients:
- Ground Beef-1 1/2 pound
- Onion-1/2 cup,chopped
- Salt-1 teaspoon
- Brown Sugar-2 tablespoon
- Lemon juice-1 tablespoon
Method:
- Mix the meat,onion and and salt together.
- Shape the meat into patties,3/4 inches thick.
- In a skillet,brown the patties on medium heat.
- Cover and cook them for 10 minutes.
- Mix lemon juice,brown sugar and Chile sauce.
- Pour the sauce onto the patties and let them cook for 15 minutes.
Place the patty on each bun and add lettuce,tomatoes,cheese as desired.
