Ingredients:
Bechamel sauce:
- Butter-5 tablespoons
- Flour(all-purpose)-1/2 cup
- Milk-4 cups
- Tomato sauce-1 1/2 cup
- salt
- White pepper
- Olive Oil-1/4 cup
- Ground Beef-1 pound
- salt and pepper
- Ricotta Cheese-1 1/2 pound
- Eggs-3
- Lagnia strips-1 pound
- Mozzarella cheese-3 cups,shredded
- Parmesan cheese-1/4 cup
- Preheat the oven at 375'F.
- In a saucepan,melt 5 tablespoons of butter on medium heat.
- Add flour and whisk until smooth,for 2 minutes.
- Add the milk,whisking continuously.
- Let the sauce simmer until it is thickened.
- Remove from heat after 10 minutes and mix in the tomato sauce.
- Separately,in a pan,heat olive oil and cook the meat.
- Add the seasoning and cook on medium heat until meat is tender.
- In a bowl,mix the ricotta and the eggs.
- In a baking dish,spread the bechamel sauce.
- Layer the strips and spread the meat on top.
- Add a layer of the ricotta mixture then another layer of strips.
- Add another layer of beef,ricotta,sauce then mazerella cheese.
- Add a little butter ontop and put it in the oven for 30 minutes.
