Ingredients:
- Semi-sweet Chocolate-1 1/4 pounds,chopped
- Marshmallows-4 cups,cut into pieces
- Unsalted or lightly salted-peanuts,almonds,pecans,hazelnuts or walnuts.-1 1/2 cup
Method:
- In a heatproof bowl,over a pot of boiling water,melt the 455 grams of chopped chocolate.
- Once melted,remove from the pot and add the remaining chopped chocolate.
- Stir until the chocolate is mixed.
- Add the marshmallows and nuts until they are fully coated with chocolate.
- Pour the mixture onto a dish based with butter paper.
- Let the chocolate set and become solid placing it in a refrigerator.
Cut into small pieces of you choice and RockY Road Rocks are prepared.
