Low-Fat Brownies


Ingredients:


  • Sugar-2/3 cup

  • Soft Butter-1/3 cup

  • Vanilla extract-1 teaspoon

  • Egg-1

  • Flour(all-purpose)-1/3 cup

  • Processed Cocoa powder-1/3 cup

  • Baking Powder-1 teaspoon

  • Light Sour Cream-1/4 cup

Method:


  1. Preheat the oven at 350'F and spray a baking dish with nonstick vegetable spray.

  2. In an electric mixer,beat the butter and sugar until a fluffy mixture is formed.

  3. Add in the vanilla extract and egg.

  4. In a bowl,whisk together the flour,baking powder and cocoa powder together.

  5. Fold the flour mixture into the butter mixture and combine the ingredients well to form a smooth paste.

  6. Stir in the sour cream.

  7. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and back for 20-25 minutes.

  8. When baked,let it cool for a few minutes,then cut it into small brownies.
