Ingredients:
- Sugar-2/3 cup
- Soft Butter-1/3 cup
- Vanilla extract-1 teaspoon
- Egg-1
- Flour(all-purpose)-1/3 cup
- Processed Cocoa powder-1/3 cup
- Baking Powder-1 teaspoon
- Light Sour Cream-1/4 cup
Method:
- Preheat the oven at 350'F and spray a baking dish with nonstick vegetable spray.
- In an electric mixer,beat the butter and sugar until a fluffy mixture is formed.
- Add in the vanilla extract and egg.
- In a bowl,whisk together the flour,baking powder and cocoa powder together.
- Fold the flour mixture into the butter mixture and combine the ingredients well to form a smooth paste.
- Stir in the sour cream.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish and back for 20-25 minutes.
- When baked,let it cool for a few minutes,then cut it into small brownies.
