Ingredients:
- All-purpose Flour-1 1/2 cup
- Confectioners Sugar-3/4 cup
- Butter-3/4 cup
- Sugar-1 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice-1/4 cup
- Icing sugar for decoration-1/3 cup
Method:
1.Preheat the oven at 345'F.
2.In a bowl,combine the flour,confectioners sugar and butter and make it into dough.
3.Pat the dough into a greased baking dish and bake it for 2o minutes.
4.While the crust is baking,in a bowl,whisk together the eggs,flour,sugar and lemon juice until the mixture is frothy,Pour the lemon mixture on top of the baked crust.Bake it for another 20 minutes.Cool and sprinkle icing sugar ontop and cut it into squared pieces.
