Ingredients:
- Butter-2 tablespoons
- Cottage Cheese-1 cup
- Milk-2 cups
- Salt-1 teaspoon
- Cheese-1 pound
- Elbow Macaroni-1/2 pound
- Preheat the oven at 375'F.
- Butter a backing dish.
- In a blender,puree the cottage cheese,milk,mustard and salt.
- In a bowl,add the boiled macaroni and mix the cheese mixture into the macaroni.
- Pour the macaroni into the backing dish and cover it with foil.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Open the foil and mix well,sprinkle butter and rest of the cheese on top ans bake for 5 minutes.
