Macaroni and Cheese








Ingredients:
  • Butter-2 tablespoons
  • Cottage Cheese-1 cup
  • Milk-2 cups
  • Salt-1 teaspoon
  • Cheese-1 pound
  • Elbow Macaroni-1/2 pound
Method:
  1. Preheat the oven at 375'F.
  2. Butter a backing dish.
  3. In a blender,puree the cottage cheese,milk,mustard and salt.
  4. In a bowl,add the boiled macaroni and mix the cheese mixture into the macaroni.
  5. Pour the macaroni into the backing dish and cover it with foil.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Open the foil and mix well,sprinkle butter and rest of the cheese on top ans bake for 5 minutes.
