Ingredients:
- Unbaked Pie crust roll-1
- Egg whites-3
- Vanilla-1/2 teaspoon
- Cream of tarter-1/4 teaspoon
- Sugar-1/2 cup
- Lemon curd-7 tablespoons
- Strawberries-5 cups
- Roll the unbaked crust and place it into a backing dish and press the sides with a fork.
- Bake the crust for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 450'F.
- In a bowl,let the egg whites set for 30 minutes.
- Add vanilla and cream of tater.
- Gradually add sugar and beat the eggs until it becomes foamy and firm.
- Spread the mixture into the baked crust.
- Bake the pie for 30 minutes.
- Separately,heat the lemon curd in the microwave and pour it onto the strawberries,coating all the berries.
- Spoon them on to the baked pie.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes,cut and serve.
