Ingredients:
Graham Crust:
- Graham Wafer crumbs-2 cups
- White sugar-2 tablespoons
- Butter(unsalted)
Cream Filling:
- Heavy Whip Cream-1 cup
- Sugar-1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract-1/2 teaspoon
- Marshmallows-1 1/2 cups
Topping:
- Cherry Pie filling-1 ounce
Method:
Graham Base:
- In a bowl,combine the graham wafers,butter and sugar.
- Press 2/3 of the mixture,into a buttered baking dish an place it in the refrigerator,while making the filling.
Cream Filling:
- In a bowl,whisk the cream,sugar and vanilla extract until stiff and fluffy.
- Fold in the marshmallows.
- Pour the cream filling onto the graham wafer base.
- Place it in the refrigerator for a hour.
Top it with the cherry topping and cut it into small pieces,Serve chilled.
