Ingredients:
- Vegetable or Chicken broth-3/4 cup
- Garlic-4 cloves,peeled
- Fettuccine(whole weat0-=4 ounces
- Cornstarch-2 teaspoon,mixed in 1 tablespoon water
- Sour cream-2 tablespoon
- Ground pepper-1/8 teaspoon
- Parsley-1 tablespoon,chopped
- Parmesan cheese-3/4 cup
Method:
- In a saucepan, add the broth and the garlic cloves and cook for 15 minutes.
- Add the fettuccine and stir for after every 8 minutes.Cook until the fettuccine is tender.
- In a blender,blend the broth and garlic together.
- Pour it back into a saucepan and add the cornstarch and whisk until it is thick.
- Remove from the heat and mix in the sour cream,pepper.
- Return the mixture back into the saucepan and put it at low heat.
- After draining the pasta,put it in a bowl and pour the sauce on top.
- Add the cheese and parsley and mix well.
- Sprinkle extra cheese on top.
