Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta



Ingredients:
  • Vegetable or Chicken broth-3/4 cup
  • Garlic-4 cloves,peeled
  • Fettuccine(whole weat0-=4 ounces
  • Cornstarch-2 teaspoon,mixed in 1 tablespoon water
  • Sour cream-2 tablespoon
  • Ground pepper-1/8 teaspoon
  • Parsley-1 tablespoon,chopped
  • Parmesan cheese-3/4 cup
Method:
  1. In a saucepan,  add the broth and the garlic cloves and cook for 15 minutes.
  2. Add the fettuccine and stir for after every 8 minutes.Cook until the fettuccine is tender.
  3. In a blender,blend the broth and garlic together.
  4. Pour it back into a saucepan and add the cornstarch and whisk until it is thick.
  5. Remove from the heat and mix in the sour cream,pepper.
  6. Return the mixture back into the saucepan and put it at low heat.
  7. After draining the pasta,put it in a bowl and pour the sauce on top.
  8. Add the cheese and parsley and mix well.
  9. Sprinkle extra cheese on top.
