Ingredients:
- Water-4 cups
- Salt-2 tablespoon
- Sugar-2 tablespoon
- Red pepper flakes-1 tablespoon
- Garlic-3 cloves,chopped
- Paprika-1 teaspoon
- shrimp-30(uncooked,peeled)
Dip:
- Seafood cocktail sauce
- Homey mustard sauce
- Spicy peanut sauce
Method:
1.In a saucepan take 1cup water and bring it to a boil.
2.Add the salt,sugar,red pepper flakes,garlic and paprika and stir until the salt is dissolved.
3.Add the remaining 3cups of water.
4.Take the shrimp in a plastic bag and pour the mixture into it for marination.
5.Heat the grill.Place the shrimp into a metal skewer ,leaving a 3inches gap in between each shrimp.Cook the shrimp on medium flame.
