Cherry CheeseCake Brownies

Ingredients:

• Unsweetened Chocolate-i pack.4 ounces
• Butter-1 cup
• Sugar-2 1/2 cup
• Eggs-4
• Vanilla extract-1 teaspoon
• Flour(all-purpose)-2 cups
• Cream cheese-1 pack 8 ounces
• Chocolate-1 3/4 cups
• Cherries-1/2 cup
• Red food color-few drops

Method:

1. Preheat the oven at 350'F and grease a baking dish.
2. In a microwave safe bowl,add the unsweetened chocolate and butter and heat for about 2 minutes.
3. Stir them together after each minute.
4. Beat in the 2 cups sugar,3eggs and vanilla extract until well blended.
5. Stir in the flour.
6. Pour it into the baking dish.
7. Separately,beat the cream cheese and add the remaining egg and sugar.
8. Stir in 1 1/4 cup of chocolate pieces,cherries and food color.
9. Spread the cream cheese over the flour mixture in the baking dish.
10. Bake it for about 35-40 minutes.
11. Sprinkle the rest of the chocolates and cut it into bars,when cooled.
