Ingredients:
- Flour(all-purpose)-1/4 cup
- Salt-1/8 teaspoon
- Pepper-1/8 teaspoon
- Chicken-4 fillets,boneless
- Mushrooms-2 cups
- Green onion-1/2 cup,chopped
- Butter-3 tablespoon
- Chicken Broth-1/2 cup
- Dry Marsala-1/2 cup
- Ina bowl,add flour,salt and pepper.
- After beating the chicken breast pieces,coat them with the flour mixture.
- In a skillet,add mushrooms,green onions and 1 tablespoon butter and stir fry until tender.Separate the mushrooms and green onions into a bowl.
- Add the chicken and the remaining butter and cook until chicken becomes brown in color.
- Return the mushrooms and onions into the same skillet and add the chicken broth and Marsala.
- Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season the sauce with extra salt and pepper.
- On a plate,add boiled pasta and top it with the chicken piece and pour the sauce on top.
