Marble CheeseCake Bars



Ingredients:

Chocolate crust:
  • Vanilla cookie crumbs-2 cups
  • Cocoa powder-1/2 cup
  • Sugar-1/2 cup
  • Butter-1/2 cup
Cream Cheese batter:
  • Cream Cheese-8 ounces
  • Condensed milk-1 can
  • Eggs-3
  • Vanilla extract-2 teaspoons
Method:
  1. Preheat oven at 300'F.
  2. For the chocolate crust,stir all the ingredients until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture firmly at the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Separately,beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
  5. Add the condensed milk,eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
  6. Pour half of the batter on top of the crust.
  7. Stir in the remaining melted chocolate into the batter.
  8. Drop by spoonfuls onto the batter in the baking tray.
  9. With a spatula or metal spoon,spread the mixture to make it marble.
  10. Bake for about 45 minutes.
  11. Cool in the refrigerator for a few hours and cut into bars.
