Ingredients:
- Ground beef:-1 1/2 cup
- Salt-1 teaspoon
- Pepper-1/2 teaspoon
- Onion-1/4 cup,finely chopped
- Chili powder-1 teaspoon
- Monterrey Jack Cheese-3 ounces
- Jalapeno-1 teaspoon
- Onions,tomato,salad leaves.
Method:
- In a bowl,mix ground beef,salt and pepper,onion,chili powder.
- Take a handful of the meat and shape it into patties.
- On a gill or skillet, heat the patties until meat is tender,top it with shredded cheese.
- Heat for 1 minute.
- Place the cooked patty between burger buns.
