Ingredients:
- Tomatoes-8
- Garlic cloves-4
- Basil leaves-7
- Olive Oil-2/3 cup
- Spaghetti-1 pound
- Parmesan Cheese-optional
- A few hours before lunch,peel and chop the tomatoes and put it in a bowl.
- Add garlic cloves,smashed with a knife.
- Add olive oil and basil and mix.
- Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and leave it for a few hours.
- In a bowl,add the boiled spaghetti and top it with a spoonful of the tomatoes and sprinkle cheese on top.
