Ingredients:
- Cooking Chocolate 200 gm
- Butter 200 gm
- Egg 4
- Flour 1-1/3 cup
- Sugar 1/3 cup
- Cocoa Powder 1/4 cup
- Vanila Essence 1 tsp
- Melted Chocolate for Icing
METHOD:
- In a bowl put chocolate and butter let it melt on double boiler.
- In another bowl put sugar, eggs and vanila essence mix all with spatula.
- Add melted butter and chocolate in sugar mix with spatula.
- Add flour in egg mixture mix well.
- Pour in pan and bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes.
- Cut baked brownie in pieces, pour melted chocolate on browni pieces.
