Brownies Recipe


Ingredients:

  • Cooking Chocolate 200 gm
  • Butter 200 gm
  • Egg 4
  • Flour 1-1/3 cup
  • Sugar 1/3 cup
  • Cocoa Powder 1/4 cup
  • Vanila Essence 1 tsp
  • Melted Chocolate for Icing

METHOD:

  1. In a bowl put chocolate and butter let it melt on double boiler.
  2. In another bowl put sugar, eggs and vanila essence mix all with spatula.
  3. Add melted butter and chocolate in sugar mix with spatula.
  4. Add flour in egg mixture mix well.
  5. Pour in pan and bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Cut baked brownie in pieces, pour melted chocolate on browni pieces.
