Ingredients:
- 1 Pack Shell pasta
- 4 Cups Chicken stock
- 1 Green pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 Carrot
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 pack Cottage cheese
- 2 Oz-Oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1.5 tbsp Vinager
- 2 tbsp mustard
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Boil pasta, until cooked
- Cube the cheese and carrots
- Cut green pepper into strips
- Cut tomatos into quarter wedges
- Combine all the ingredients with pastas
- Add chopped garlic and herbs
- Add 1 vinageretter for better taste
