Cheese Pasta Salad



Ingredients:

  • 1 Pack Shell pasta
  • 4 Cups Chicken stock
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 pack Cottage cheese
Vinagrette:

  • 2 Oz-Oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1.5 tbsp Vinager
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
METHOD:

  1. Boil pasta, until cooked
  2. Cube the cheese and carrots
  3. Cut green pepper into strips
  4. Cut tomatos into quarter wedges
  5. Combine all the ingredients with pastas
  6. Add chopped garlic and herbs
  7. Add 1 vinageretter for better taste
