Ingredients:
- 4 Fish Filltets
- 4-Oz butter
- 2 Onions ( Chopped Finally)
- 4-Oz Mushrooms
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 Tommato (Sliced)
- 2-Oz Chedder Cheese (Grated)
- 3-Oz Breadcrums
- Grease a deep oven dish
- Set oven at 190'C
- Set the fillets on the dish
- Seprately melt butter in a frypan
- Add onions and fry for 5 minutes
- Place the cooked onions on the top of the fish
- Cook mushrooms in butter with the same way
- Seprately boil some water in a saucepan and boil green pepper for 2 minutes
- Drain them and add it to the dish
- Top the fish with tommato slices, salt and pepper
- Combine chinese with breadcrumbs and add it to the fish
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Done
