Fish Au Gratin Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 Fish Filltets
  • 4-Oz butter
  • 2 Onions ( Chopped Finally)
  • 4-Oz Mushrooms
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Tommato (Sliced)
  • 2-Oz Chedder Cheese (Grated)
  • 3-Oz Breadcrums
METHOD:
  1. Grease a deep oven dish
  2. Set oven at 190'C
  3. Set the fillets on the dish
  4. Seprately melt butter in a frypan
  5. Add onions and fry for 5 minutes
  6. Place the cooked onions on the top of the fish
  7. Cook mushrooms in butter with the same way
  8. Seprately boil some water in a saucepan and boil green pepper for 2 minutes
  9. Drain them and add it to the dish
  10. Top the fish with tommato slices, salt and pepper
  11. Combine chinese with breadcrumbs and add it to the fish
  12. Bake for 30 minutes
  13. Done
