Ingredients:
- 3 Eggs
- Soft Flour (2 Oz Flour+ 1 Oz Corn Flour)
- Caster Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essense
- 1 tbsp warm water
- 3 tbsp Jam
- Grease an oven baking dish (9"x13") sift flour and salt 3 times
- Break the eggs into a mixing bowl
- Add sugar and vanilla essense
- Place the bowl over a pan of hot water and whisk with a hand beater until the mixture is creamy
- Flour with a metal spoon
- Fold in the water and pour mixture into the baking dish
- Put it in a preheated oven 220'c for 7-8 minutes
- Oh a sheet of butter paper, sprinkle sugar, roll the baked swiss roll and add jam as u r rolling it, removing the paper
- Let it shape for 5 minutes
- Cool and Serve
