Pan Fried Fish with Tartare Sauce Recipe


Ingredients:
  • white fish fillets
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil
Tartare Sauce:
  • 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcester Sauce
METHOD:
  1. Add seasoning into the fish and dust fillest with flour
  2. Heat Oil in a frypan
  3. Place fillets in hot oil
  4. Cook on medium heat until light brown
  5. Mix all the sauce ingredients  well to make tartare sauce
  6. Serve Fish with lemon garnish
