Ingredients:
- white fish fillets
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Worcester Sauce
- Add seasoning into the fish and dust fillest with flour
- Heat Oil in a frypan
- Place fillets in hot oil
- Cook on medium heat until light brown
- Mix all the sauce ingredients well to make tartare sauce
- Serve Fish with lemon garnish
