Ingredients:
- 2 Pints -Chicken stock
- 2,3 Oz- Shredded meat
- 2,3 Oz- Boiled Corn
- 6 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1,2 tbsp soya sauce
- 1/2 Chinese Salt
- 2 Eggs
- Heat stock in a saucepan
- Mix Cornflour in 2 tbsp cold water and make it into a paste
- Now add the paste to the stock while stirring continously
- Stir! until it is thick
- Now Add corn, vnager, soya sauce, salt, pepper, and chinese salt
- Let it Stimmer for 10-15 minutes
- Beat the egg and pour it a little a time, into the hot soup
