Chicken Corn Soup Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 2 Pints -Chicken stock
  • 2,3 Oz- Shredded meat 
  • 2,3 Oz- Boiled Corn
  • 6 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1,2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 Chinese Salt
  • 2 Eggs
METHOD:
  1. Heat stock in a saucepan
  2. Mix Cornflour in 2 tbsp cold water and make it into a paste
  3. Now add the paste to the stock while stirring continously
  4. Stir! until it is thick
  5. Now Add corn, vnager, soya sauce, salt, pepper, and chinese salt
  6. Let it Stimmer for 10-15 minutes
  7. Beat the egg and pour it a little a time, into the hot soup
