Ingredients:
- Egg Noodles
- 1/2kg Chicken Bonless
- 1 Cabbage
- Green Onions
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Capsicum
- 1/2 Can Mushrooms
- 1/2 Can bringel
- Salt and Pepper
- Soya Sauce
- Vinager
- Oyester Sauce
- Boil noodles in 5-Oz water
- Strain noodles and let them set
- Cut the boneless chicken into strips
- In a saucepan add 1/2 cup oil and fry the chicken
- Add salt, pepper, soya sauce, Oyester sauce and vinager
- When Chicken is tender, add the vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes
- Add Noodles and a pinch of pepper for better taste
- Mix it well
