Ingredients:
- 3 Eggs
- Soft Flour( 2 Oz flour+ 1 Oz Corn flour)
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- Caster Sugar
- 1/4tbsp Vanilla Essence
- 1tbsp warm water
- 3 tbsp Jam
- Grease an oven baking dish (9"x13") sift flour and salt 3 times
- Break the eggs into a mixing bowl
- Add sugar, vanilla essense and cocoa powder
- Place the bowl over a pan of hot water and whisk with a hand beater until the mixture is creamy
- Fold in the flour with a metal spoon
- Fold in the water and pour mixture into the baking dish
- Put it in a preheated oven 220'c for 7-8 minutes
- Oh a sheet of butter paper, sprinkle sugar, roll the baked swiss roll and add jam as u r rolling it, removing the paper
- Let it shape for 5 minutes
- Cool and Serve
