Ingredients:
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic finally chopped
- 1/2 tbsp pepper
- 1 tpsn mustard
- 1/2 cup gratted Carrots
- 5 Oz- Macaroni
- 1/2 Bunch Red Radishes sliced
- 2 Spring onions
- 1 tbsp chopped mint
- In the large bowl, whisk all the ingredients for dressing, until it is smooth
- Boil the macaroni
- Rinse and add it to the dressing
- Combine all the chopped vegetables with the macaroni and dressing
