Ingredients:
- 6-Oz butter
- 6-Oz Caster Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- Self rising flour
- 1/2 tspn Vanilla
- 2 tsp cocoa
- 2 tsp warm water
- Grease a 7 inch square tin and base with butter paper
- Cream the butter and add sugar until fluffy
- Beat Eggs
- Sieve all powders, except 1 tbsp flour
- Divide the mixture into two portions
- Fold vanilla essense and the remaining flour into one portion and fold cocoa powder in the other
- Put spoonfulls of mixture into the tin side by side, alternately
- Bake in the oven at 180'C for 1 hour
