Ingredients:
- 1 lb Fish fillet
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 4 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp pepper
- 1 lb potatoes
- Plain flour seasoned with salt and pepper
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 4-Oz Cornflakes (crushed)
- Oil for deep frying
- In a pan Add fish, milk, water and seasoning and bring it to a boil
- Reduce heat and cover pan
- Let fish simmer for 10 minutes
- Drain the fish when done
- Boil potatoes and mash them
- Add 1 tbsp milk and the fish to creamed potatoes
- Mix all the incredients and shape them into circles
- Dip Each cake into egg and caot with crumbs
- Fry until golden brown
