Crunchy Fish Bakes Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Fish fillet
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper
  • 1 lb potatoes
  • Plain flour seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 4-Oz Cornflakes (crushed)
  • Oil for deep frying
METHOD:
  1. In a pan Add fish, milk, water and seasoning and bring it to a boil
  2. Reduce heat and cover pan
  3. Let fish simmer for 10 minutes
  4. Drain the fish when done
  5. Boil potatoes and mash them
  6. Add 1 tbsp milk and the fish to creamed potatoes
  7. Mix all the incredients and shape them into circles
  8. Dip Each cake into egg and caot with crumbs
  9. Fry until golden brown
