Warm Berry-Thyne Compote




Ingredients:
  • Butter-1 tablspoon
  • Blackberries-1 1/2  cup
  • Blueberries-1 1/2 cup
  • Sugar-1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice-1 teaspoon
  • Rasberries-1 cup
  • Thyme-2 tablspoon
  • Vanilla icecream-as desired
Method:
  1. In a saucepsn,melt the butter.
  2. Add the berries,sugar,lemon juice and cook until the juices arereleased.
  3. Add the thyme and mix.
  4. Scoop vanilla icecream into a bowl and pour the berry sauce on top.

Italian Rigatoni Casserole



Ingredients:
  • Rigatoni Pasta-1 pound
  • Ground BEEF-1 pound
  • Italian sausages-1 pound
  • Mushrooms-1 can
  • Tomato sauce-2 jars
  • Mozzarella cheese-1 1/2 pounds,shredded
Method:
  1. Preheat the oven at 350'F.
  2. In a heated skillet,cook the beef and sausages until they are tender.
  3. Spread the beef and sausages on to a baking dish and add the mushrooms,sauce,and cooked pasta.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes.

Baked Beefy Ziti Pasta





Ingredients:
  • Ziti pasta-1 pound
  • Beef-1 pond,ground
  • Onion-1,chopped
  • Tomato and Basil Sauce (or sauce of your choice)-1 jar
  • Cheddar cheese-2 cups
  • Sour cream-1 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese-6 ounces,shredded
  • Parmesan Cheese-2 tablespoons,grated
Method:
  1. Preheat the oven at 350'F.
  2. In a heated skillet,cook onions in olive oil.
  3. Add the garlic and beef and cook until beef is tender.
  4. Pour in the sauce and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. In a greased bakig dish,add 1/2 of the cooked pasta ziti.
  6. Layer 1/2 of the beef mixture on top.
  7. Spread 1/2 of the sour cream.
  8. Sprinkle the cheeses on top.
  9. Make another layer with the remaining ingredient and bake for 30 minutes.

Pizza Pasta






Ingredients:
  • Pasta-8 ounces
  • Ground BEEF-1 pound
  • Onion-1,chopped
  • Spaghetti/Pizza sauce-1 jar
  • Sausages-4 ounces
  • Garlic-1 clove,chopped
  • Olive oil-3 tablespoons
  • Mozzarella cheese-2 cups,shredded
Method:
  1. Preheat the oven at 350'F.
  2. In a saucepan,heat olive oil and add the chopped onion.
  3. Add the beef and garlic and cook until it is brown and tender.
  4. Combine the cooked sausage,beef and sauce together in a bowl.
  5. In a baking dish,add the pasta,top it with the beef mixture and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.

Macaroni-Mushroom Bake



Ingredients:
  • Macaroni-8 ounces
  • Cheddar cheese-2 cups,shredded
  • Can of mushroom soup or blended mushroom in cream-2 cups
  • Mushrooms-1 can.4 ounces
  • Green bell pepper-1/4 cup,chopped
  • Onion-1/4 cup,chopped
  • Cracker crumbs-1 cup
Method:
  1. Preheat the oven at 375'F.
  2. Combine the ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle crumbs and bake covered for 20 minutes.
  4. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes.

Macaroni and Cheese with Roasted Tomatoes


Ingredients:
  • Tomatoes-3 cups
  • Pepper-1/3 teaspoon
  • Butter-1 teaspoon
  • Macaroni-12 ounces
  • Cheddar cheese-2 cups,shredded
  • Egg-1/4 cup
  • Salt-1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red pepper powder-1/4 teaspoon
  • Milk-1 cup
Method:
  1. In a baking dish,spread cooking spray and tomatoes.
  2. Sprinkle black pepper and bake for 30 minutes at 375'F.
  3. Ina bowl,mix bread crumbs and butter.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a baking butter sheet and bake for 12 minutes at 375'F.
  5. In a pot,add the boiled macaroni,cheese,red pepper,milk,egg,salt and cook until the cheese melts.
  6. Mix in the tomatoes and sprinkle bread crumbs in each serving.

Chillie Chicken Casserole



Ingredients:
  • Chicken broth-1 1/3 cup
  • Green Chilies-1 cup
  • Onion-1 cup,chopped
  • Sour cream-1 cup
  • Salt-3/4 teaspoon
  • Powder Cumin-1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper-1/2 teaspoon
  • Chicken soup-3 cups
  • Garlic-1 clove
  • Corn Tortillas-16
  • Shredded Chicken breast-4 cups
  • Cheddar cheese-2 cups
Method:
  1. Preheat the oven at 350'F.
  2. In a saucepan,stir together the  first 9 ingredients and bring to a boil.
  3. Stir constantly.
  4. Spread 1 cup of the mixture on a baking dish.
  5. Top it with 6 tortillas and 1 cup chicken and sprinkle 1/2 cup cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Make layers the same way and bake it for 30 minutes.

Estern Chicken Stir Fry




Ingredients:
  • Chicken-amount desired
  • Olive oil-1/2 tablespoon
  • Shredded cabbage-1 cup(or according to taste)
  • Shredded carrots-1 cup(or according to taste)
  • Soy Sauce-1 1/2 tablespoon
  • Peanuts-1/2 cup,chopped
Method:
  1. Ina skillet heat oil.
  2. Add the chicken and stir fry until it is tender.
  3. Remove the chicken.
  4. Add the carrots and cabbage into the skillet and stir fry until they are soft.
  5. Add the soy sauce and stir for 1 minute.
  6. Add the chicken and peanuts and sir for 2 minutes.

Apple Treat



Ingredients:
  • Apples-5
  • Eggs-5
  • Sugar-5 tablespoons
  • Milk-1/2 cup
  • Cream-1/2 cup
  • Water-2 tablespoons
Method:
  1. Peel and Cut the apples into chunks.
  2. In a saucepan,add apples,water and sugar and let it cook for 3 minutes.
  3. In a bowl,beat the eggs and milk together.
  4. In a small fry pan,melt 2 tablespoons or sugar,which will make caramel.
  5. In a cake dish,Spread the caramel.
  6. Add the apples and pour in the eggs and milk mixture.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for 10-20 minutes.
  8. Garnish with cream.

Thai Chicken Stir Fry





Ingredients:
  • Rice vinegar-1/4 cup
  • Brown Sugar-2 tablespoons
  • Curry Paste-2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice-2 tablespoons
  • Red pepper-1/8 teaspoon,crushed
  • Chicken-1 pound,boneless cut into cubes or slices
  • Vegetable oil-1 1/2 tablespoon
  • Carrot-1 cup,chopped
  • Onion-1 cup,chopped
  • Mushrooms-1 can
  • coconut milk-1/2 cup
  • salt-1/2 teaspoon
  • Cilantro-1/2 cup,chopped
Method:
  1. In a plastic bag,combine the vinegar,red pepper,lime juice,curry paste and brown sugar.
  2. Add the chicken into the bag.
  3. Let the chicken marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. In a  skillet,heat the olive oil and stir fry the chicken from the bag.
  5. Remove the chicken after 5 minutes of stir frying.
  6. Add 1 1/2 teaspoon oil in to the pan and let it heat.
  7. Add the onion and carrots and stir fry for 4 minutes.
  8. Add the mushrooms and stir fry for 3 minutes.
  9. Pour the marinate into the skillet and stir.
  10. Pour the coconut milk and bring to a boil.
  11. Let it simmer then add the chicken.
  12. Serve with boiled rice and Garnish with cilantro.

Chicken with Prevencal Sauce



Ingredients:
  • Chicken fillets-4
  • Salt-1/4 teaspoon
  • Pepper-1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil-1 1/4 tablespoon
  • Garlic-1 clove
  • Chicken broth-1 cup
  • Herbs(dried)-1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Butter-1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice-1 teaspoon
Method:
  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper onto the chicken breast fillet.
  2. In a skillet,heat oil and fry the chicken for about 6 minutes.
  3. Separately,in a pan,add the garlic,chicken  broth and herbs and stir constantly.
  4. Cook until the mixture becomes about 1/2 cup.
  5. Remove from heat and add lemon juice and butter,stir until the butter melts.
  6. Serve the chicken on a dish and pour the sauce on top.

Cheesey Chicken Spaghetti Casserole





Ingredients:
  • Spaghetti-9 ounces
  • Onion-1,chopped
  • Garlic-1 tablespoon,minced
  • Stewed Tomatoes-1 can
  • Worcester sauce-1 tablespoon
  • Salt-1/4 teaspoon
  • Cheddar Cheese-2 cups.shredded
  • Chicken-3 cups,chopped
Method:
  1. Preheat the oven at 350'F.
  2. Boil the spaghetti.
  3. In a skillet,add 1 tablespoon oil,garlic and onions and saute for 5 minutes until soft.
  4. Add the tomatoes,sauce and seasoning,reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the spaghetti,chicken and 1 cup of cheese and stir well.
  6. Place the mixture into a casserole baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.

Mexican Chicken Casserole





Ingredients:
  • Chicken Broth-1 cup
  • Green Chilies-2,chopped
  • Chicken Boneless Chopped-1 1/3 cup
  • Olive Oil-2 teaspoon
  • Onion-1 cup,chopped
  • Milk-1 cup
  • Monterrey Jack Cheese-1 cup
  • Cream cheese-1/4 cup
  • Enchilada Sauce-1 can
  • Corn Tortillas-12
  • Cheddar Cheese-1 cup,shredded
Method:
  1. In a saucepan,add the chicken broth,chicken and chilies and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Strain the chicken and keep the broth aside.
  3. Shred the chicken with a fork.
  4. Preheat the oven at 350'F.
  5. In a skillet,add the chilies and onion and saute for 3 minutes,until soft.
  6. Add in the enchilada,cheeses, and stir well.
  7. Add in the shredded chicken and mix well.
  8. Cook for 2 minutes.
  9. Place 4 tortillas at the base of a casserole baking dish.
  10. Spoon 2 cups of the mixture and spread it on top of the tortillas.
  11. Make layers with the 12 tortillas and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  12. Bake it in the oven for 10  minutes.

No Bake Orange Cookies

  • Sugar-3 cups
  • Vanilla Wafers-1 cup,crushed
  • Butter-1 stick
  • Walnuts-1 cup,finely chopped
  • Frozen Orange Juice-1 can
  • Coconut-1 cup

  1. In a bowl,mix all the ingredients well.
  2. Shape them into balls or any desired shape.
  3. Roll the balls in coconut.
  4. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Double Drop Chocolate Cookies

  • Flour-2 cups
  • Baking powder-1 teaspoon
  • Brown sugar-1 cup
  • Egg-1
  • Butter-1/2 cup
  • Milk-1/2 cup
  • Chocolate-1/4 cup
  • Chocolate-3 cups,melted
  • White chocolate-1 cup,melted
Method:
  1. Preheat the oven at 350'F.
  2. Mix the flour and baking powder together.
  3. Gradually add all the ingredients for the cookies.
  4. Take a spoon full of the cookie batter and place it on the baking tray in cookie shapes.
  5. Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate into a bowl and dip each cookie in it.
  7. Cover the cookie with chocolate and place it on wax paper.
  8. Take a spoon full of white melted chocolate and spread on top of the cookies.
  9. Let it set for 20 minutes.

Rich Chocolate Tart


Ingredients:
  • Cookies-1 1/2 cup,crushed
  • Butter-6 tablespoons,melted
  • Sugar-3 tablespoons
  • Heavy cream-1 3/4 cups
  • Butter sweet chocolate-15 ounces
  • Vanilla extract-1 teaspoon
Method:
  1. Preheat the oven at 350'F.
  2. Mix together the crushed cookie crumbs,butter and sugar and make a firm mixture.
  3. Press the mixture on to the base of a baking cake dish.
  4. Bake for 9 minutes.
  5. In a saucepan,add the cream and bring to a boil.
  6. Blend the chocolate in a blender until finely chopped.
  7. Pour the cream and vanilla extract into the blender and keep blending the chocolate and cream together.
  8. When the mixture is formed,pour it into the crust.
  9. Chill the tart for 3 hours.

Frangipane Apple Tart



Ingredients:
  • Apples-4
  • Caster sugar-3 tablespoons
Almond Frangipane Filling:
  • Unsalted Butter-125 grams
  • Caster sugar-100 grams
  • Eggs-2
  • Egg yolk-1
  • Ground Almonds-125 grams
  • Flour-25 grams
  • Pastry dough-for the tart
Method:

  1. Preheat the oven at 170'F.
  2. In a mixture,add the sugar and butter and mix well.
  3. Add the eggs and mix well.
  4. Add in the flour and almonds.
  5. Take a baking dish and spread pastry dough on top.
  6. Thicken the sides with your finger.
  7. Fill in the pastry tart with the almond mixture.
  8. Cut the apples into very thin slices and decorate the tart with the apples slices.
  9. Bake the tart for about 25-30 minutes in the oven.

Noodles au Gratin


Ingredients:
  • Noodles-1 pack
  • Cream cheese-250 grams
  • Eggs-2
  • Garlic-1 clove.chopped
  • Cheddar cheese-150 grams grams
  • Blue cheese-100 grams
  • Salt and pepper-for taste
Method:
  1. In a saucepan,add all ingredients except noodles.
  2. Mix well and add it into a backing dish.
  3. Add boiled noodles and bake for 10 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 375'F.

Spaghetti with White Sauce


Ingredients:
  • Spaghetti-500 grams
  • Onion-1
  • Garlic-1 clove
  • Whipping cream-1 pack
  • Stock cube-1
  • Water-1 glass
  • Salt and pepper-for taste
Method:
  1. In a frying pan,stir fry chopped onion in a little olive oil.
  2. Add the garlic and stir fry.
  3. Pour in the whipping cream,stock and water.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and let it simmer.
  5. Mix the cream well with an electric beater.
  6. Place boiled spaghetti on a plate and mix in the cream sauce.
