Ingredients:
- Cookies-1 1/2 cup,crushed
- Butter-6 tablespoons,melted
- Sugar-3 tablespoons
- Heavy cream-1 3/4 cups
- Butter sweet chocolate-15 ounces
- Vanilla extract-1 teaspoon
- Preheat the oven at 350'F.
- Mix together the crushed cookie crumbs,butter and sugar and make a firm mixture.
- Press the mixture on to the base of a baking cake dish.
- Bake for 9 minutes.
- In a saucepan,add the cream and bring to a boil.
- Blend the chocolate in a blender until finely chopped.
- Pour the cream and vanilla extract into the blender and keep blending the chocolate and cream together.
- When the mixture is formed,pour it into the crust.
- Chill the tart for 3 hours.
