Ingredients:
- Chicken-amount desired
- Olive oil-1/2 tablespoon
- Shredded cabbage-1 cup(or according to taste)
- Shredded carrots-1 cup(or according to taste)
- Soy Sauce-1 1/2 tablespoon
- Peanuts-1/2 cup,chopped
- Ina skillet heat oil.
- Add the chicken and stir fry until it is tender.
- Remove the chicken.
- Add the carrots and cabbage into the skillet and stir fry until they are soft.
- Add the soy sauce and stir for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken and peanuts and sir for 2 minutes.
