Ingredients:
- Chicken fillets-4
- Salt-1/4 teaspoon
- Pepper-1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil-1 1/4 tablespoon
- Garlic-1 clove
- Chicken broth-1 cup
- Herbs(dried)-1 1/2 teaspoon
- Butter-1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice-1 teaspoon
- Sprinkle salt and pepper onto the chicken breast fillet.
- In a skillet,heat oil and fry the chicken for about 6 minutes.
- Separately,in a pan,add the garlic,chicken broth and herbs and stir constantly.
- Cook until the mixture becomes about 1/2 cup.
- Remove from heat and add lemon juice and butter,stir until the butter melts.
- Serve the chicken on a dish and pour the sauce on top.
