- Granola-1/4 cup
- Cheddar cheese-1/4 cup,cubed
- Peas-1/4 cup
- Ginger biscuits-1/4 cup

- Goat cheese-22 ounces
- Grind the peas in a grinder and add cubed cheddar cheese and shape the mixture into balls.

- Add the chicken and the remaining butter and cook until chicken becomes brown in color.

Ingredients:
- Italian Sausage-12 ounces
- Onion-1 cup,chopped
- Carrot-1/2 cup,chopped
- Green pepper-1/2 cup,chopped
- Celery-1/4 cup
- Garlic-4 cloves,minced
- Tomatoes-3 pounds.peeled and chopped
- Tomato sauce-6 ounces
- Beef broth-1/4 cup
- Basil-2 tablespoons
- Oregano-1 teaspoon
- Salt-1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper-1/4 teaspoon
- Whipping cream-1/4 cup
- Spaghetti pasta-10 ounces
- In a saucepan,cook the sausage,onion,green pepper,carrot and garlic until meat is tender.
- Carefully stir in the tomatoes,tomato paste,beef broth,herbs,salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.
- Cover the saucepan and let It simmer for 3o minutes.
- Uncover and let it simmer for an extra 15 minutes.
- Stir in the whipping cream and herbs and mix well.
- Boil the pasta and drain.
- Set the boiled pasta on a plate end top it with the Blogonese sauce.
Chocolate Torte
Ingredients:
- Cocoa chocolate-5 ounces
- Egg whites-6
- Egg yolks-6
- Vanilla extract-1/2 teaspoon
- Flour-(all-purpose)-2/3 cup
- Baking powder-1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar-1 1/4 cups
- Strawberry jam-3/4 cup
- Chocolate-6 ounces,chopped
- Whipping cream-12 cups
- Preheat the oven at 375'F and grease a baking dish.
- In a saucepan,melt chocolate with butter on low heat.Pour it into a bowl and let it cool.
- In another bowl,add the egg whites and let it set for 30 minutes.
- Stir in vanilla extract and egg yolks into the chocolate mixture,the chocolate will become thick.
- Beat the egg whites with an electric beater until it is stiff and foamy.
- Gradually add the sugar,1 tablespoon at a time and mix.
- Stir until mixture is stiff and firm.
- Fold in 1/3 of the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture.
- Stir the chocolate mixture into the remaining egg mixture.
- Sift the flour with baking powder and fold in 1/3 of the mixture into the chocolate mixture,repeat this two times.
- Spread the batter into the baking dish and bake for 30 minuets.
- When cake is cooled,cut horizontally into two pieces.
- Take one layer of the cake,spread jam.
- Top it with the second layer and pour chocolate ganache on top.
- Let it cool for 30 minutes,cut and serve.
- Ina saucepan,add 12 cups of whipping cream and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add the chocolate.
- Stir then let it cool for 10 minutes and stir again until smooth.

Method:
Crust:
- Preheat the oven at 325'F and grease a rectangular baking dish.
- In a bowl,combine the chocolate chip cookies,1/2 cup flour,brown sugar,baking soda.
- Stir in 6 tablespoons of melted butter.
- Pat the mixture onto the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl,stir together,cream cheese,egg yolk,brown sugar,1/4 cup sugar.
- Drop spoon full dollops of the mixture onto the crust and top it with chopped chocolate.
- In another bowl,combine the remaining sugar,1/4 cup melted butter,melted chocolate and vanilla.
- Beat egg and mix it into the mixture.
- In another bowl,add 2/3 cup flour,baking powder.
- Add the flour mixture into the melted chocolate and stir until combined smoothly.

Vanilla Panna Cotta
Ingredients:
- Skim milk-1/3 cup
- Gelatin(unflavoured)-0.25 ounces
- heavy cream-2 1/2 cups
- Sugar-1/2 cup
- Vanilla extract-1 1/2 teaspoon
- In a bowl,mix gelatin and milk,set aside.
- In a saucepan stir together the heavy cream and sugar.
- As soon as the cream rises up to the top of the pan,add the gelatin and stir until well dissolved.
- Set aside and stir in the vanilla.
- Pout the mixture into desired cup or glass and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until well formed.
- Top each cup with your desired topping.
Panna Cotta

- Icing sugar-1 teaspoon
- In a saucepan,combine the whipped cream and gelatin on high heat.
- Stir until it starts to stick to the saucepan.
- Let it cool until it is formed into jelly.
- Turn over the jelly on a plate,from the bowl and garnish it with blueberries and any desired cocktail fruits.

Ingredients:
Chocolate crust:
- Vanilla cookie crumbs-2 cups
- Cocoa powder-1/2 cup
- Sugar-1/2 cup
- Butter-1/2 cup
- Cream Cheese-8 ounces
- Condensed milk-1 can
- Eggs-3
- Vanilla extract-2 teaspoons
- Preheat oven at 300'F.
- For the chocolate crust,stir all the ingredients until well mixed.
- Press the mixture firmly at the bottom of the baking dish.
- Separately,beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
- Add the condensed milk,eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Pour half of the batter on top of the crust.
- Stir in the remaining melted chocolate into the batter.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto the batter in the baking tray.
- With a spatula or metal spoon,spread the mixture to make it marble.
- Bake for about 45 minutes.
- Cool in the refrigerator for a few hours and cut into bars.
