- Ancho chili pepper-1,dried
- Salsa-1 cup
- Beef-2 pounds,ground
- Tortilla-6
- Kidney Beans-1 tablespoon
- Lettuce-shredded
- Onion-1
- Avocado
- Sour cream
Method:
- Pour warm water into a bowl with ancho chili pepper and let it soak for 10 minutes.
- Then drain the chili,remove the stem and seeds and chop finely.
- Blend salsa and chili together.
- In a separate pan,cook the ground meat on low heat.
- Add the salsa and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Let it simmer for 5 minutes,cook until it is tender.
- On a tortilla,spread a layer of the mixture,top it with lettuce and onion slices,avocado and sour cream.
- Fold in one end of the tortilla then the sides.
