Beef and Salsa Burrito





Ingredients:

  • Ancho chili pepper-1,dried
  • Salsa-1 cup
  • Beef-2 pounds,ground
  • Tortilla-6
  • Kidney Beans-1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce-shredded
  • Onion-1
  • Avocado
  • Sour cream

Method:

  1. Pour warm water into a bowl with ancho chili pepper and let it soak for 10 minutes.
  2. Then drain the chili,remove the stem and seeds and chop finely.
  3. Blend salsa and chili together.
  4. In a separate pan,cook the ground meat on low heat.
  5. Add the salsa and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  6. Let it simmer for 5 minutes,cook until it is tender.
  7. On a tortilla,spread a layer of the mixture,top it with lettuce and onion slices,avocado and sour cream.
  8. Fold in one end of the tortilla then the sides.

Strawberry Meringue Pie




Ingredients:
  • Unbaked Pie crust roll-1
  • Egg whites-3
  • Vanilla-1/2 teaspoon
  • Cream of tarter-1/4 teaspoon
  • Sugar-1/2 cup
  • Lemon curd-7 tablespoons
  • Strawberries-5 cups
Method:
  1. Roll the unbaked crust and place it into a backing dish and press the sides with a fork.
  2. Bake the crust for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 450'F.
  3. In a bowl,let the egg whites set for 30 minutes.
  4. Add vanilla and cream of tater.
  5. Gradually add sugar and beat the eggs until it becomes foamy and firm.
  6. Spread the mixture into the baked crust.
  7. Bake the pie for 30 minutes.
  8. Separately,heat the lemon curd in the microwave and pour it onto the strawberries,coating all the berries.
  9. Spoon them on to the baked pie.
  10. Refrigerate for 30 minutes,cut and serve.

Moroccan Burger


Ingredients:
  • Ground beef-1 pound
  • Ground Cumin-1/4 teaspoon
  • Ground Cinnamonn
  • Ground Coriander-1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic-2 cloves

Method:
  1. In a bowl,mix the beef with the spices.
  2. Take a handful of mixture and shape into patties.
  3. Cook the patties on medium heat until meat is well cooked.
  4. Place the burger between burger buns and top it with salad leaves,tomato,cheese,etc.

Cheeseburger

Ingredients:
  • Ground beef:-1 1/2 cup
  • Salt-1 teaspoon
  • Pepper-1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion-1/4 cup,finely chopped
  • Chili powder-1 teaspoon
  • Monterrey Jack Cheese-3 ounces
  • Jalapeno-1 teaspoon
  • Onions,tomato,salad leaves.

Method:
  1. In a bowl,mix ground beef,salt and pepper,onion,chili powder.
  2. Take a handful of the meat and shape it into patties.
  3. On a gill or skillet, heat the patties until meat is tender,top it with shredded cheese.
  4. Heat for 1 minute.
  5. Place the cooked patty between burger buns.

Zinger Burger



Ingredients:
  • Breast fillets-4
  • Salt-1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper-1/2 teaspoon
  • Red Chile powder-1 tablespoons
  • Mustard powder-1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil-1 tablespoon
  • Corn flakes-1 cup
  • Lays(salt)-1 pack,crushed
  • Egg-1
Method:
  1. Marinate the chicken fillets in salt,pepper,mustard paste,oil,red chili powder for 2 hours.
  2. Mix cornflakes,lays on a plate.
  3. Beat the egg in a small bowl.
  4. First coat the fillet with egg,then coat it with the crispy coating.
  5. Deep fry until the color turns brown.
  6. Place the zinger between burger buns,add mayonnaise,salad leaves.

Method:
  1. In a bowl,combine egg,onion,Parmesan cheese,bread crumbs,basil,garlic,salt and pepper.
  2. Add beef to the mixture and mix well.
  3. Take a handful of the mixture and shape it into a burger patty.
  4. Lightly coat a skillet with vegetable spray or oil.
  5. When the skillet it heated up,add the patties on top.
  6. Cook the patties until the meat is tender and brown in color.
  7. Serve inside burger buns and top it with salad leaves,ketchup,mayonnaise,tomato slices,etc.

Bow Tie Sausage Pasta



Ingredients:
  • Bow Tie pasta-8 ounces
  • Spicy Italian sausages-3/4 pound
  • Sweet peppers-2(green,red,yellow peppers)
  • Vegetable broth-1/2 cup
  • Pepper-1/4 teaspoon
Method:
  1. Cut sausages into chunks.
  2. Cook the sausages and green pepper until they are tender.
  3. Add the broth and black pepper and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Toss the pasta into the sauce and mix together.

Chicken Marsala Pasta




Ingredients:
  • Flour(all-purpose)-1/4 cup
  • Salt-1/8 teaspoon
  • Pepper-1/8 teaspoon
  • Chicken-4 fillets,boneless
  • Mushrooms-2 cups
  • Green onion-1/2 cup,chopped
  • Butter-3 tablespoon
  • Chicken Broth-1/2 cup
  • Dry Marsala-1/2 cup
Method:
  1. Ina bowl,add flour,salt and pepper.
  2. After beating the chicken breast pieces,coat them with the flour mixture.
  3. In a skillet,add mushrooms,green onions and 1 tablespoon butter and stir fry until tender.Separate the mushrooms and green onions into a bowl.
  4. Add the chicken and the remaining butter and cook until chicken becomes brown in color.
  5. Return the mushrooms and onions into the same skillet and add the chicken broth and Marsala.
  6. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Season the sauce with extra salt and pepper.
  8. On a plate,add boiled pasta and top it with the chicken piece and pour the sauce on top.

Blogonese Pasta

Ingredients:
  • Italian Sausage-12 ounces
  • Onion-1 cup,chopped
  • Carrot-1/2 cup,chopped
  • Green pepper-1/2 cup,chopped
  • Celery-1/4 cup
  • Garlic-4 cloves,minced
  • Tomatoes-3 pounds.peeled and chopped
  • Tomato sauce-6 ounces
  • Beef broth-1/4 cup
  • Basil-2 tablespoons
  • Oregano-1 teaspoon
  • Salt-1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper-1/4 teaspoon
  • Whipping cream-1/4 cup
  • Spaghetti pasta-10 ounces
Method:
  1. In a saucepan,cook the sausage,onion,green pepper,carrot and garlic until meat is tender.
  2. Carefully stir in the tomatoes,tomato paste,beef broth,herbs,salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.
  3. Cover the saucepan and let It simmer for 3o minutes.
  4. Uncover and let it simmer for an extra 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in the whipping cream and herbs and mix well.
  6. Boil the pasta and drain.
  7. Set the boiled pasta on a plate end top it with the Blogonese sauce.

Chocolate Torte



Ingredients:
  • Cocoa chocolate-5 ounces
  • Egg whites-6
  • Egg yolks-6
  • Vanilla extract-1/2 teaspoon
  • Flour-(all-purpose)-2/3 cup
  • Baking powder-1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar-1 1/4 cups
  • Strawberry jam-3/4 cup
Chocolate ganache:
  • Chocolate-6 ounces,chopped
  • Whipping cream-12 cups
Method:
  1. Preheat the oven at 375'F and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan,melt chocolate with butter on low heat.Pour it into a bowl and let it cool.
  3. In another bowl,add the egg whites and let it set for 30 minutes.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and egg yolks into the chocolate mixture,the chocolate will become thick.
  5. Beat the egg whites with an electric beater until it is stiff and foamy.
  6. Gradually add the sugar,1 tablespoon at a time and mix.
  7. Stir until mixture is stiff and firm.
  8. Fold in 1/3 of the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture.
  9. Stir the chocolate mixture into the remaining egg mixture.
  10. Sift the flour with baking powder and fold in 1/3 of the mixture into the chocolate mixture,repeat this two times.
  11. Spread the batter into the baking dish and bake for 30 minuets.
  12. When cake is cooled,cut horizontally into two pieces.
  13. Take one layer of the cake,spread jam.
  14. Top it with the second layer and pour chocolate ganache on top.
  15. Let it cool for 30 minutes,cut and serve.
Chocolate Ganache:
  1. Ina saucepan,add 12 cups of whipping cream and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add the chocolate.
  3. Stir then let it cool for 10 minutes and stir again until smooth.

Starberry Bars



Ingredients:
  • Butter-3/4 cup
  • Peanut butter-3/4 cup
  • Brown sugar-1 cup
  • Sugar-1/2 cup
  • Baking powder-1/2 teaspoon
  • Eggs-2
  • Vanilla extract-1/2 teaspoon
  • Strawberry jam-1 cup
  • Flour(all-purpose)-2 1/4 cup
  • Strawberries-4 cups
Method:
  1. Preheat the oven at 350'F and line a baking dish with foil,extended sides.
  2. In a mixing bowl,beat the butter and peanut butter for 30 seconds.
  3. Add in the sugars and baking powder.
  4. Add in the egg and vanilla and beat until combined.
  5. Beat in the flour as much as you can and stir in the remaining flour.
  6. Spread the dough onto the baking dish and bake for about 25 minutes.
  7. When cake is cooled,spread the jam on top and garnish with strawberries and cut into bars.

Chocolate layers:
  • Cream cheese-3 ounces
  • Snicker bars-4
  • Egg yolk-1
  • Butter-1/4 cup
  • Chocolate-1 ounce
  • Vanilla-1/2 teaspoon
  • Egg-1
  • Flour(all-purpose|)-2/3 cup
  • Baking powder-1/4 teaspoon
  • Milk-1/4 cup
  • Melted Chocolate-1 cup

Method:

Crust:
  1. Preheat the oven at 325'F and grease a rectangular baking dish.
  2. In a bowl,combine the chocolate chip cookies,1/2 cup flour,brown sugar,baking soda.
  3. Stir in 6 tablespoons of melted butter.
  4. Pat the mixture onto the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
Cheesecake:
  1. In a bowl,stir together,cream cheese,egg yolk,brown sugar,1/4 cup sugar.
  2. Drop spoon full dollops of the mixture onto the crust and top it with chopped chocolate.
  3. In another bowl,combine the remaining sugar,1/4 cup melted butter,melted chocolate and vanilla.
  4. Beat egg and mix it into the mixture.
  5. In another bowl,add 2/3 cup flour,baking powder.
  6. Add the flour mixture into the melted chocolate and stir until combined smoothly.
  7. Pour the the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. When baked,cut into bars. 

Vanilla Panna Cotta



Ingredients:
  • Skim milk-1/3 cup
  • Gelatin(unflavoured)-0.25 ounces
  • heavy cream-2 1/2 cups
  • Sugar-1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract-1 1/2 teaspoon
Method:
  1. In a bowl,mix gelatin and milk,set aside.
  2. In a saucepan stir together the heavy cream and sugar.
  3. As soon as the cream rises up to the top of the pan,add the gelatin and stir until well dissolved.
  4. Set aside and stir in the vanilla.
  5. Pout the mixture into desired cup or glass and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until well formed.
  6. Top each cup with your desired topping.

Panna Cotta



Ingredients:
  • Whipped Cream-1 cup
  • Gelatin-1 cup,any flavour
  • Blueberry-1/4 cup
  • Icing sugar-1 teaspoon
Method:
  1. In a saucepan,combine the whipped cream and gelatin on high heat.
  2. Stir until it starts to stick to the saucepan.
  3. Let it cool until it is formed into jelly.
  4. Turn over the jelly on a plate,from the bowl and garnish it with blueberries and any desired cocktail fruits.

Chocolate crust:
  • Vanilla cookie crumbs-2 cups
  • Cocoa powder-1/2 cup
  • Sugar-1/2 cup
  • Butter-1/2 cup
Cream Cheese batter:
  • Cream Cheese-8 ounces
  • Condensed milk-1 can
  • Eggs-3
  • Vanilla extract-2 teaspoons
Method:
  1. Preheat oven at 300'F.
  2. For the chocolate crust,stir all the ingredients until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture firmly at the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Separately,beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
  5. Add the condensed milk,eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
  6. Pour half of the batter on top of the crust.
  7. Stir in the remaining melted chocolate into the batter.
  8. Drop by spoonfuls onto the batter in the baking tray.

Ingredients:
  • Chocolate bites filled with caramel(snickers,Hershey's kisses,twix,etc)-20
  • Butter-1 tablespoon
  • Peanuts,walnuts-1/4 cup,chopped
  • Water-3/4 teaspoon
  • Crescent dinner roll dough-1 can
Method:
  1. Preheat the oven at 375'F.
  2. Unroll the dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  3. Spread a little butter on each triangle.
  4. Place chocolate on top.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped nuts.
  6. Take one corner of the triangle and bring it to the other side,covering the chocolate ant tuck it under the chocolate.
  7. Do the same with the other corner and close the triangles well.
